Office Charges and Insurance

Fees and Payments

We accept most major insurance carriers. Please ask the staff if we participate in your network and with your insurance.

Any portion of the fees not paid by the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient and must be paid by the patient.  It is important to know every insurance policy has its own level of coverage and list of covered benefits.  We will attempt to verify the level of care for all patients.  But, it is ultimately, the responsibility of the patient to understand his or her own insurance and what it provides. It is the patient’s responsibility to notify the office as soon as possible if you have changes in your insurance coverage, so that we may update your account.  We will be happy to help you any way we can and we appreciate your cooperation.

We accept: Master Card / Visa / American Express / Discover for your convenience.

Co-pays and deductibles:  By contract we are required to collect all co-pays and deductibles as set by the patient’s insurance carrier.

Patients without office visit coverage will need to pay at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
